Claudio Kaempf Foreign Car Services Portage Michigan

Foreign Car Services, Inc.'s owner, Claudio Kaempf, developed an early interest in cars. He liked building soap box cars and racing them through the streets of his home town. After graduating from high school, he went through a 4 year apprenticeship program in Zurich Switzerland as an automotive mechanic. At the same time he went to college in Zurich and worked on the weekends on the Baltisser race team, winning the Swiss National Sports Car Championship on 2 occasions.

In the early nineties the Porsche Club of America (PCA) started its racing program and naturally Claudio joined the ranks of drivers competing across the United States. Campaigning a 1970 911 he has raced successfully in many events, setting track records and winning numerous awards.
